Community Habitat Programs Inc. (CHP) was established to address the growing need for practical, community-focused housing solutions. Our Vision is rooted in the belief that neglected homes and underserved neighborhoods can be restored through collaboration, responsible investment, and targeted rehabilitation. Our Mission aims to address distressed property revitalization to Healthy Homes services, homeownership support, workforce development, and neighborhood improvement, CHP is building a model designed to strengthen communities one property and one family at a time.
